CCMS's U.S. History Team Wins First, World History Takes Second at MSU History Day

Calloway County Middle School won first place as a team in U.S. History during the Murray State University's History Day competition on March 3rd. The CCMS World History team took second place overall.

CCMS student Jayden Burkeen placed first overall as an individual in U.S. History. Parker Hafford individually placed fourth overall in the World History competition.

he US History Team consisted of Jayden Burkeen, Nathan Langley, James Minter, Emma Grogan, Ellie Johnson, Daniel Briedwell, Ruby Moore, and Andy Rogers.  The World History Team consisted of Parker Hafford, Emmitt Champion, Braxton Cossey, Elijah Craft, Elliott Malone, Liam Morris, Odin Beatty, and Ethan Pervine.
