CCHS Speech Team Competes in KHSSL State Championships

Calloway County High School's speech team competed in the KHSSL State Championships on March 8th at Western Kentucky University.

The team had three semi-finalists placing them in the top 12 in the state, including Elizabeth Lanier in Impromptu, Sarah Gardner in Poetry, and Addy Lusk in Extemporaneous.

The team also had four entries compete as quarterfinalists placing them in the top 24 in the state. Quarterfinalists include Levi Dunnaway in Broadcasting, Elizabeth Lanier in Extemporaneous, Brilee Garland in Poetry, and the Improvisational Duo team of Levi Dunnaway and Brilee Garland.
