CCHS Senior Sayler Lowe is the April Rotary Student of the Month

Calloway County High School senior Sayler Lowe has been named the April Student of the Month by the Rotary Club of Murray.

Lowe is a standout academic at CCHS with a 3.97 grade point average. She will graduate with honors in May after taking numerous dual credit and Advanced Placement classes.

Outside the classroom, Lowe is active in the school’s Future Farmers of America, Future Business Leaders of America, United Champion Schools for Special Olympics, and Lakers for Christ. She was also the Region 1 Girls’ Basketball Player of the Year as a part of CCHS Lady Lakers basketball.

Lowe is the all time leading scorer in Lady Lakers basketball history with 3,115 points during her six year career. She has been named to the All Purchase Region team four times, and the All Region Team three times. She was a candidate for Miss Basketball in Kentucky in 2026 and led the Lady Lakers to a Region 1 championship, a 2A State Championship, and a 33-3 record during her senior season.

Lowe is also active in her community, volunteering at Hardin Baptist Church. She also provides basketball training and lessons for young players.

After high school, Lowe is attending Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina and will compete on the women’s basketball team. She plans to major in pre-pharmacy at the school and hopes to attend pharmacy school after college.

Sayler is the daughter of Scott and Shea Lowe.
