Student Voluntary Accident Insurance

The Calloway County School District has purchased a secondary student injury insurance for each student if they are injured during a accident while attending a school-sponsored activity.  If your student has experienced an accident that resulted in an injury while participating in a school-sponsored activity and you are interested in submitting a claim for this coverage, please click here to request a claim form.
