The Calloway County School District is proud to once again collaborate with the Calloway County Health Department to provide flu vaccine at the schools for our staff and students. The vaccines will be provided on October 24 and 25 using the following schedule:
- October 24 – CCHS, CCMS and Central Office (Times – TBA)
- October 25 – Southwest, North, East (Times – TBA)
Students at CCMS and CCHS may pick up the forms in the front office of their respective school. Forms are also available on our website. All of our elementary school students will bring the form home by Friday, September 29.
If you are interested in your child participating in this opportunity, please complete and return the forms to your child’s school by Monday, October 16 at 3:30 p.m.
By being proactive we hope to help our students maintain their health allowing them to attend school each and every day!
