Last Updated: 7/26/2020 7:45 AM

2020-2021 Registration Opens Friday, July 31, 2020.

As part of the registration process for the 2020-2021 school year, parent/guardian will select the instructional model that each of their children will use for the 2020-2021 school year.  The three options are:

• In Person Instruction - Return to school building

• Distance Learning – Online

• Distance Learning - Paper Packets

Calloway County Schools will be releasing our Back to School Plan on Friday, July 31.  All families are encouraged to review the document prior to completing the registration process.

The Calloway County School District (CCSD) is excited to announce that we have recently added the ability to collect student enrollment forms online.  The Infinite Campus Online Registration tools that we have added will help to keep families safe and make the registration process easier.  The CCSD will conduct a registration event beginning Friday, July 31 and encourages all parents and guardians to register their children as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

ALL students (new and returning) must complete the registration process.  This will provide the schools with up-to-date information including the desired instructional method (i.e. In-person or Distance Learning) for the upcoming school year.  This includes kindergarten students that completed the online registration survey.

ALL parents/guardians are encouraged to view a brief video to learn more about the new online registration through Infinite Campus.  Click here to view the video.

Regardless of the method of completion, parents/guardians are encouraged to gather the following information in preparation for registration:

• Household information -- address and phone numbers

• Parent information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses

• Student information -- demographic and health/medication information

• Emergency Contact - addresses and phone numbers.

There are three (3) methods to enroll your child using the online registration.

New Student Registration – This is for families or individual students that are new to the district including students entering kindergarten that do not have a Parent Portal Account .

Click here to begin the registration process.

After clicking the link and completing basic information, an email will be sent with a link to the online registration tool.

Students that are new to the district will be required to provide the following documents:

• Birth Certificate

• Updated immunization record

• Physical

• Eye Examination – for those enrolling in kindergarten

• Dental Exam – for those enrolling in kindergarten

• Two Proofs of Residency (i.e. lease agreement, utility bill)

• If a student wishes to participate in the KEES program, a social security card is required.

The forms listed above can be uploaded as picture files (jpg, gif) as part of the online registration process.  The forms can also be faxed to the school that the child will be attending.  Fax numbers for each school are located on the district website.

Returning Student Registration – If your child was previously enrolled in the district in the 2019-2020 school year should use this method.  In order to take advantage of this new feature, we need you to make sure that you have a Campus Parent Portal account.

The Campus Portal is a confidential and secure website that allows parents/guardians to login and view your child's progress in school. There is also an app available for both iOS and Android devices. The goal of the Campus Portal is to create a better partnership between parents and teachers.

Click here to access the CCSD Parent Portal Login page.  After entering your username and password, you will follow the following steps to access the online registration.

A video has been created to serve as a user guide to assist with access to the online registration through the Parent Portal.  Click here to view the video.

If you have forgotten your username and password, utilize the “Forgot Password?” and/or “Forgot Username” function on the Calloway County Portal website.

If your child is a returning student and you do not have a Parent Portal account set up or if you need Portal help, please contact the portal contact at your child's school.   If you have children at multiple schools, you only need to contact one school as Parent Portal accounts are connected to all the children in your household.  If contacting by email, please include your child(ren)'s name(s) and where they attend school.

Kiosk Registration – This method is for families that do not have access to a computer/smart phone or do not have an email address.  CCSD will host an onsite registration event for all CCSD K-12 students regardless of school on Thursday, August 6 from noon until 7:00 p.m. at Calloway County Middle School for parents/guardians to come and complete the registration process.  Social Distancing guidelines will be implemented.  The number of individuals allowed in the building at one time will be limited.  Masks will be required and temperatures will be taken.  Parents are asked to not bring students or other family members with them if at all possible.

Access to important documents will be available through the online registration platform through Infinite Campus.  Some district forms and school specific forms can be found below.  These forms include documents such as the 2020-2021 Code of Acceptable Behavior and Discipline (CABD), the Responsible Use Policy for Students, the school's student handbook, etc.
