The following items may be purchased from the district via sealed bid auction.  All item conditions are as-is.

Sealed bids may be mailed or dropped off at the board office, where they will be reviewed and accepted or denied.  Submitting a bid does not guarantee that it will be accepted as the winning bid. Bids will be reviewed every Friday at 3pm CST.  Note that there may be times when the district technology staff is out of the office, in which case, bids will be reviewed the next available Friday.

Unless otherwise noted, all items will have a minimum bid amount.  Submitted bids which do not meet minimum bid requirements will be automatically rejected.

When submitting a bid, please include your full name, email address, and phone number.  Please indicate your preferred method of contact.  In your bid, clearly identify the item(s) you wish to purchase using item descriptions from this page, including any serial numbers, service tags, or other identifying item code listed here.
